Clinical myofascial release massage therapy. Our customized treatments are based on the concept of Structural Integration. This idea works to bring muscle function into balance by taking the whole body into account. For example, a shoulder may be tight, but the chest will need to be addressed as well in order for the shoulder to have full range of motion.

The 60 or 90 minute clinical myofascial release treatment with sandalwood infused oil, followed with 20 minutes of energy work. The energy work will be customized and include a blend of Reiki, guided meditation, and active and empathetic listening to hold space for anything that arises.
